PR Summary

This PR introduces significant updates to the AI Governance training materials and assets. Key changes include:

  • Updated .gitignore file to add new rules for cursor assets (directories .cursor/rules/ and .cursor/skills/).
  • Addition of multiple SVG graphics and visual assets including diagrams for the AI governance lifecycle, MRM overlap, governance pillars, and more. These visuals enhance the presentation of workflows and key concepts.
  • Extensive modifications to several Qmd training files. Changes include updated themes (switching from default slides to custom use-case styling), additional styling classes (such as .mt4 and .title-accent), and content adjustments in course materials. These updates improve readability, consistency, and alignment with current terminology (for example, renaming "Ongoing compliance" to "Continuous compliance").
  • Revisions to textual content and formatting, including updated markdown tables with links to regulatory sources, clearer instructional steps and check-mark lists for best practices in governance.
  • Enhancements in SCSS files to standardize the look and feel of content blocks, tables, and title slides. New CSS rules for content blocks (teal and magenta) ensure a consistent visual identity and improved accessibility.
  • Minor adjustments to asset references (e.g., updating image paths and themes) to align with the new directory structure and styling guidelines.

Overall, these enhancements aim to provide a clearer, more engaging, and visually consistent training experience for users learning about AI governance and risk management.

Test Suggestions

  • Render several training Qmd pages to verify that the new themes and styling (e.g., '.mt4' and '.title-accent') are applied correctly.
  • Verify that the new SVG assets (e.g., AI governance lifecycle, MRM overlap, governance pillars) display and scale properly across devices.
  • Test the updated .gitignore rules by ensuring files in the .cursor/rules/ and .cursor/skills/ directories are ignored by version control.
  • Check that all external links included in tables and text (with target='_blank') work as expected.
  • Review the CSS changes to ensure consistency of content block styling and table formatting across different slides.
